Production

Our aim is always to select the right factory for the right customer. Big automated factories normally require high volume orders. Sometimes it is better to select a smaller and more flexible manufacturer. Over the last 22 years we have worked with hundreds of factories and selected a few within respective fields, small and big.

Design / Tooling / Injection

We use both western and Chinese product designers . Our in-house engineers use powerful software such as AutoCAD, Solid works and Pro Engineer. For tooling and production we use the latest EDM and CNC machines. We can handle everything from metal stamping to plastic injection to aluminum extrusion.

Sourcing

Our soucing for finished goods or components are concentrated to the most developed areas namely the Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces. Both regions have their advantages. Zhejiang is good at plastic and aluminium whereas the Guangdong area is more high-tech with a lot of LED manufacturing.

Marketing / Packaging

We offer help with both sales leaflets/catalogues and packaging and instruction manuals in English and other languages.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

All inspections are made according to stringent

inspection files in respect of function, quality durability and safety.

Shipments

No matter what shipping-agents say, freight is normally cheaper if it is booked from China and door to door.

Sales

Each project is owned by the customer but sometimes the customer is unable to promote their product outside their own market. China is the gateway for production and China is where all customers come!  Many customers have found it to be a win-win situation when we help them with sales from Asia.
